New IRS rule requires sellers to report web purchases
It looks like the IRS will be getting 1099 data in 2011. It will be mandatory for Mastercard/Visa, Paypal, AmEx to report credit card receipts over 20K or 200 transactions a year.

Never, ever connect your PAYPAL account to your regular or personal Checking Account.
Here’s a tip… Go to your local check cashing place. ACE is good but any major Check Cashing store does Moneymart, etc.
Purchase a pre-paid MasterCARD or VISA debit. The costs is around $10.00, I think.
