Secrets of An Affiliate Master – High Revenue Websites
Here is an uncommon strategy that I got from the Wealthy Affiliate community that helps your websites earn thousands every month.
What You Need.
Get a domain name, web hosting, make a squeeze page, setup an autoresponder and create a “thank you” page. The “thank you” page sends visitors directly to your offer (either an affiliate link or to your own product). Finally, send traffic as you choose (PPC, article marketing, etc.)
This seems easy, right? Maybe it seems TOO easy?
Well, it is. Very easy. In fact, if you do it right, it is easier than creating a full blown presell page.
The Typical Failure Pattern.
Too many just write article after article. They send traffic to their presell pages or content sites and it just doesn’t convert. What is worse, after a month, their free wordpress blog is penalized by wordpress for a TOS violation (wordpress prevents commercial content on their free blog – including affiliate links). This includes hubpages. And, don’t think you can get away with it using squidoo.
If you sell 1 of every 99 visitors to your site, what happens to those other 99? Well, you lost them!
Try A Way That Works.
To avoid wasting your time, you need a successful strategy.
Create a squeeze page. For site content, get it from your sales page bullets (the benefits you sell). You don’t need a free guide or bonus to get people to opt-in. (however, it does increase opt-in rate). List the benefits when you opt-in. These are the same benefits of the product you want to sell. Include your sales lingo. Promise not to send spam and make them feel safe so they feel more comfortable and less suspicious.
Thank You Page.
Create a thank you page when someone signs-up.
The thank you page is short. It should take about 5 seconds to read. It will automatically redirect them to the sales page. If it works, guess what? You made a sale.
What If They Don’t Buy?
If they do not buy, it’s time for the NEXT part.
This is why you setup an autoresponder.
For 14 straight days, “remind” them of the product you are selling. Include the affiliate link 3 or 4 times, at least! It’s really your discretion how to approach follow-up emails. However, offering support (lets them know you are a real person) and offering free “valuable” content increases conversions substantially (e.g. 20%) for those on your list.
Once everything is done, it’s just a matter of sending some targeted traffic.
Getting Traffic with PPC.
Article marketing, ppc, social networking, etc. do not matter. They all can work.
For PPC, be sure your squeeze page has a contact page, a privacy policy page, about page, article page, and maybe a link to a blog. That gets you a good quality score.
With a squeeze page you can use the content network. I prefer focusing on article directories since it’s a good chance it is direct Google traffic.
It’s Not That Hard.
Making money online is not rocket science. You just have to DO IT! Of course, to dramatically improve response rate, try these proven techniques…
- Do a 3 or 4 day “presell” of your product.
- Offer a “bonus” download for those who purchase.
- Offer a “free guide” to get people to opt-in.
- Try a quiz (scripts are plentiful) to increase curiosity. (This can increase opt-in rate by 80%!)
- Use high-converting emails.

With time you can create and promote your own product. Get your own affiliates to use this method. Teach them, so they make you and themselves a lot of cash, without wasting time.
