How to fight a chargeback
Preparation.
When someone does a chargeback, check the transaction for a valid AVS, CVV2. Get the IP address for the ISP and location information. It looks like the IRS will be getting 1099 data in 2011. It will be mandatory for Mastercard/Visa, Paypal, AmEx to report credit card receipts over 20K or 200 transactions a year.
