Stealing Affiliate Sales with Zango – theftware
Zango is a pay-per-install program which installs adware on people’s machines. The big complaint with them is they are taking affiliate commissions from websites once the Zango software is installed.

Let’s say a user visits your website and clicks through to an affiliate sponsor. Now, the user has your affiliate code in the cache. If the user revisits the site and buys something, you get paid! If the user installs Zango, and they revisit the same website (and buy something), Zango gets your commission! This is why many affiliates consider Zango theftware.
