How A Site Goes From $2/day to $30/day
For a long while I had been an Adsense fan (and still am). Yet, while checking one of my websites’ stats, I saw it generating lots of clicks and yet the payout was around .10 cents per click. Not bad, but then I noticed the site advertising was also listed in Commission Junction (CJ).
Well, I removed the Adsense ad and replaced it with the CJ affiliate code. I made it look the close to an Adsense ad. A week later, it was earning a steady $30 dollars a day.
This is not new but I want to remind you Google’s Adsense is a middle man. Honestly, TONs of webmasters use Adwords for driving traffic to their affiliate offers. They pay .20 cents per click… google might take 10 cents and you get 10 cents. The webmaster promoting the affiliate offer makes $15 or more per sale.
If your a site gets good American traffic and you get lots of clicks, check the ads being displayed on your site. If a comparable offer is available on cj, azoogle, or linkshare replace Adsense with your affiliate code.
